    The latest information from our factory indicates that next shipments will not arrive until after Christmas so there could be an extended "out of stock" period if current sales trends continue. We have spoken to many intending customers over the last couple of months and our advice is Order Now or miss out as stocks of many modules are now at critical low level.

    As of 1st March, all barbecues and combos are in stock and we have held prices despite huge increases in the seafreight costs! The stock situation will change quite rapidly as sales continue to be strong so don't delay as the advice we are getting from our fridge factory and other suppliers is cause for concern.

Shipping Costs and Policy

All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of shipping costs.

Shipping costs are determined by entering your delivery postcode into the shipping calculator located in the shopping cart. This amount will then be added to your shopping cart total.

Shipping charges are calculated using a combination of size, weight and destination of the article/s.

Delivery times will vary depending upon the destination. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received and delivery will usually be made within two to seven working days.

Freight is arranged by OzOutdoors Pty Ltd on behalf of the buyer at the buyers cost. Any such carrier shall be deemed to be the agent of the buyer.

Delivery Details:

  • Our carriers require a signature on delivery therefore your item must be delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the goods, Mon – Fri during normal business hours.
  • Please inspect the goods carefully for carton damage upon receipt as insurance claims will not be recognised if the goods have been signed for as “received in good condition”.
  • If the item is delivered to an address where no one is present the carrier will leave a card requesting you to contact them to arrange for collection from the depot.

Destinations:

BlueTongue BBQs will ship to anywhere within  mainland Australia  and Tasmania dependent upon availability of a suitable transport company at the time of order. You are always welcome to arrange for your own transport to collect from our Sydney warehouse.
